• Orders totaling over $500 require a deposit of 50%. No refund on mid-order cancellations.

• WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS.
• Most of our design work is free of charge when you buy our product.
• Custom designs or logos that require more time than normal will incur an art fee (You will be informed before work begins).
• Artwork fees are paid one time. Once purchased you will be given digital copies in various formats.
• Additional changes requested after final approval can incur additional charges, depending on how big the change.
• Everything we make is approved by you before printing.
• Approvals are FINAL.
• This means, we do not take responsibility for any design errors on a finished product.
• If there is a design error on an approved design, the correction or reprint must be paid for.
• We cannot guarantee perfect color matching.
• If we make a mistake, we will replace the product.
• We do not install signs.
• We install Vinyl Graphics on vehicles, boats, trailers and store front windows (Local).
• Installation fees are determined by the size of the job.
• We do not have a shipping department.
• Under UNIQUE circumstances we can mail certain items.
• If you require shipment of your order, please inform us before placing the order.
• Deadlines are not accepted for Custom paint jobs
• We do not spray Clear Coat
• Please bring images/references for your ideas
• We cannot color match Kandy paint.
